Tanya Kalaba has a diverse work experience in various engineering and design roles. Tanya started their career in 1998 as a Design Engineer at Heritage Custom Kitchen before moving on to Velositel Telecommunication as a Structural Engineer in 2000. In 2003, they joined Kalaba 3D Design as a Project Engineer and worked there until 2006. Tanya then joined High Industries as a Design Engineer and later became the Design Team Leader at High Concrete Group LLC in 2015.
