Hunter Haines is an experienced operations associate at High Alpha Innovation, directing go-to-market strategies and managing new venture launches. Previously, Haines served as managing general partner at Leesburg Development, LLC and held multiple marketing roles at Indiana University Health, including marketing associate focused on brand strategy and corporate partnerships. Hunter is a former Orr Fellow, where leadership was demonstrated as director of fellow and alumni engagement. Additional experience includes roles in nonprofit marketing, restaurant journalism, and co-founding a fast-casual dining startup. Haines holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Advertising from Indiana University Bloomington and an Honors Business Certificate from the Kelley School of Business.
