Qunliang (Liam) Cai is an accomplished Senior Project Manager at Higgins since November 2022, with extensive experience in construction management. Previously, Qunliang served as Project Manager at Isaac Construction Limited from September 2011 to November 2022, where responsibilities included leading construction teams, negotiating contracts, and conducting performance reviews.
