Arthur Caballero is an experienced HR Technology Manager at Higginbotham, overseeing Day 2 Services - HR Technology Team since January 2016. Previously, Arthur served as Senior HR Technology Specialist and Operations Manager at Capital Benefits Group, where responsibilities included managing operational duties and payroll processing.
