Brooke Vandygriff is Chief Operations Officer of HIF USA. Brooke has nearly 20 years experience developing and executing multi-billion dollar energy infrastructure projects leading technical design, construction and operations. She has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power and Energy from the University of Texas at Austin.
