José Luis Martínez García has extensive experience in digital communication and technology infrastructure management, currently serving as Responsable de Comunicación Digital and Jefe de Infraestructura Tecnológica at Aguas de Alicante since November 1997. Responsibilities include overseeing technology infrastructure encompassing servers, local networks, workplace systems, and communications, as well as developing collaborative applications and document management systems. Previous roles include Analyst/Developer of collaborative applications in Lotus environments and SAP Consultant during the implementation of SAP R/3. José Luis also has experience in Business Intelligence solutions using Business Objects and has held a technician position in microinformatics. Educational qualifications include a degree in Ingeniero Técnico en Informática de Gestión from Universitat d'Alacant and an ITIL Foundation certification from APMG-International.
