Balay Hartman, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Branding at Hideaway Pizza, where responsibilities include developing multi-channel brand marketing programs and overseeing brand communications. Prior positions include Global Assistant Brand Manager for Auto Care Appearance at Energizer Holdings, Brand Marketing Manager and Brand Manager at Rather Outdoors and Zebco Brands, respectively, and various roles in account management at Brothers & Company, Lamar Advertising Company, and Prolific Creative Agency. Balay Hartman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from Oklahoma State University and is pursuing an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
