Phyliss Mossbruger is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at System Seals Inc since September 2013 and at HIDEAWAY BEACH ASSOCIATION, INC since January 2021, Phyliss has a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and government compliance. Previous positions include Manager of Talent Management at Republic Steel, Human Resources Manager at Alphaport, Inc, and Director of Human Resources at Glass Block USA, Inc, where Phyliss managed HR operations across eleven companies in six states. Early career experience includes a role as Human Resources Assistant at Parts Associates, Inc. and Radio Programmer at Motorola Solutions. Phyliss has also completed education at Cuyahoga Community College and Walsh University.
