Bryson McCarter has a diverse work experience. Bryson started their career at Keith Freant Construction as a General Contractor Intern, where they learned about construction and project management. Bryson then joined Hidden Mountain Resort as a Guest Services Manager, where they provided customer service and managed daily operations. Bryson also worked at Hidden Mountain Realty, LLC as an Affiliate Broker and later returned to Hidden Mountain Resort as Vice President of Operations, overseeing quality control and marketing. Currently, Bryson is the Owner of McCarter Construction Management LLC.

Bryson McCarter graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tusculum University in 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management. Prior to attending Tusculum University, they briefly studied Business Administration and Management at Walters State Community College in 2014. Bryson completed their high school education at Sevier County High School from 2010 to 2014, specializing in Hospitality Administration/Management.
