Brad Garber currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Hidden Level Inc., an emerging technology company focusing on low altitude airspace monitoring and drone detection. Garber is also the President and CEO of B. Garber & Associates, LLC, and a member of the Innovation Advisory Team at Defense Acquisition University, contributing to the development of learning frameworks for innovation in defense. Previously, Garber was the Principal Civilian Advisor to the Vice Chief of Naval Operations in the US Navy, where key contributions included strategic advisory on budget and acquisition matters. Garber’s extensive experience in the Navy includes roles such as Deputy Director of the Department of Navy Appropriations Matters Office and Commanding Officer of the Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron FOUR ONE, achieving significant operational and budgetary successes. Garber holds degrees from the United States Naval Academy and the National Defense University, along with additional qualifications in government acquisition and French language studies.
