Danni Randall, Associate CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources and development roles, currently serving as an HR & Development Advisor at Hidden Hearing and HR Advisor at EPOS since October 2020. Prior to these positions, Danni worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Azets and as a Human Resources Advisor at Parenta. Danni's career began in recruitment and fleet management, with roles in organizations such as Berry Recruitment, arvato Financial Solutions, and Medacs Healthcare. Danni holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management and Services from MidKent College and an AVCE in Business Studies from John Ruskin College.
