Chris Morgan is an experienced professional currently serving as an Audiologist at Hidden Hearing since June 2021. Previously, Chris held various management roles, including Store Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN for over seven years, where responsibilities included driving profitability in a high-turnover store, managing a £300k payroll budget, and overseeing a team of more than 60 employees in coaching, training, and recruitment. Prior to that, Chris was a Store Manager and Commercial Manager at Next Group PLC, where Chris managed stores with annual turnovers of up to £12 million and was responsible for operational decisions and sales strategies. Chris is pursuing further education in Human Resource Management with a CIPD Level 5 Diploma and holds a Level 3 qualification in HR Management.
