Charles F. Baglio Jr. has extensive experience in various customer service and management roles across multiple industries, including hospitality, retail, and sales. Currently serving in Butler Services at Encore Boston Harbor since June 2019, Charles previously held positions as a Coach at Nike and General Manager at both Carhartt and City Sports. Additional roles include Senior Account Manager at Ricoh Business Solutions and Xerox Corporation, Major Account Executive at Océ North America, and various positions at City Sports and Thunder the Sports Source. Charles completed education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Worcester Academy, with earlier schooling at Acton-Boxborough.
