Nadia Pizzuto has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at HID Global since November 2020. Prior to this role, Nadia spent nearly 27 years at HSBC Bank Malta plc, where positions included Head of Performance & Reward for Europe International, overseeing performance management and compensation strategies across 19 countries, and Head of HR Service Delivery & Reward, managing HR operations and analytics. Earlier roles at HSBC involved leading compensation operations and various HR functions. Nadia's educational background includes studies at St Monica School, Higher Secondary School, and Sixth Form in Malta.
