Lester Butler is a seasoned construction and project manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Construction Project Manager for DISH Wireless Operational Process Improvement since March 2021, Lester also holds the position of Project Manager at HICAPS, Inc. since April 2019. Additionally, Lester has been a Rollout Manager at Nokia since February 2018 and a Construction Manager at MPI/ALU since December 2013. Earlier in the career, Lester worked as a Construction Manager at Jacobs from February 2015 to October 2017, providing consultancy for the AT&T wireless AWS LTE project.
