Mathias Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mathias has worked in various roles at Hibox Systems Oy, starting as a Salesperson at Stockmann. Mathias then transitioned to Benefon Oyj as a Software Engineer. After that, they joined Tieto as a Software Engineer before progressing to the role of Senior Software Engineer. Mathias later became the R&D Manager, leading the department through growth and increased business in the mobile device industry. Mathias then served as the Pre-Sales Manager, focusing on pre-sales, business development, and delivery management for telecom/electronics customers. Finally, Mathias returned to Hibox Systems Oy, where they held the positions of Key Account Manager, Product Manager, and Vice President of Products, Hospitality. In these positions, they led the development and management of the Hibox Smartroom, anticipating future digital guest experiences and expanding the international network of customers and partners.

Mathias Johnson completed their Matriculation examination at ?bo Akademi University. Mathias then pursued a degree in Computer Engineering, earning an M.Sc.(Tech) from ?bo Akademi University from 1996 to 2003. During their studies, they also participated in an exchange program at Kiel University for Computer Science from 2001 to 2002.
