Yeara Schwartz is a Risk Operations Analyst at Unit since January 2023, bringing a diverse background in operational and business development roles. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Development Coordinator at the Municipality of Jerusalem from May 2021 to May 2022 and as Operations Manager at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, where responsibilities included overseeing operational procedures for the Consulate General of Israel to the Midwest. Yeara also served as a Human Resources Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from June 2016 to April 2018. Yeara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completed in 2023.
