Stephan Damm currently serves as Head of Sales DACH at HiBob since August 2024. Prior to this role, Damm held various positions at Contentful from January 2020 to August 2024, including Area Sales Director for Central & Eastern Europe and DACH & BNL & France, and Country Manager for DACH & NORDICS, contributing to the modernization of content delivery for enterprises. Before Contentful, Damm worked at Yext as Senior Director of Enterprise Sales, focusing on digital knowledge management solutions. Damm's earlier experience includes leadership roles at MetaDesign, Jung von Matt, Leagas Delaney, Cayenne GmbH, and BBDO Worldwide, showcasing a diverse background in sales and client management. Damm holds a degree in Diplombetriebswirt from the University of Cooperative Education and studied at the College of Notre Dame in Belmont, California.
