Thomas Saïba Gaïssala has a diverse work experience in monitoring and evaluation roles. THOMAS SAÏBA currently works as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at International IDEA since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at HIAS, where they were responsible for establishing and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Monitoring and Evaluation system. THOMAS SAÏBA also designed and validated monitoring and evaluation tools, as well as collected, analyzed, and managed project data. Thomas also gained project management experience at Organes des nations unis starting in March 2016. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant MEAL at Oxfam Intermón, Assistant Suivi-Evaluation at Lutheran World Federation, and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at World Concern development organization and World Concern.
Thomas Saïba Gaïssala completed their Master-II degree in Analyse et Evaluation des Projets at ISTA-CEMAC from 2015 to 2016.
