Storm Bissar is an experienced technician currently serving as an I&C Technician at Hi Tech Solutions since August 2021, specializing in IPC with multiple certifications and expertise in Eddy current testing within a nuclear environment. Prior experience includes working as a Wind Turbine Technician at FieldCore from January 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included PLC and electrical troubleshooting, maintenance of GE Wind Turbines, and participation in repower projects. Storm co-founded RS Autonomous and served as CEO from March 2015 to January 2018. Earlier experience at Cape Fear Community College involved server configuration and database management while fulfilling the role of Information Technology Technician from 2015 to December 2016. Storm holds an Associate’s Degree in Digital Forensics from Cape Fear Community College, completed in 2016.
