Arabinda Kumar Dhar is a seasoned structural analysis and design professional with extensive experience in the civil engineering sector. Currently serving as Design Director at Hi Tech Construction Ltd. since December 2017, Arabinda Kumar Dhar also holds the position of Dy. General Manager at DRAIPL. A career with Indian Railways began in 1980, progressing through roles including Senior Section Engineer/Design and Sr. Section Engineer for both railway and road bridge design. Before this, Arabinda Kumar Dhar served as an Ex. Railway Engineer with N. F. Railway from April 1960 to April 2017.
