Marcus Pilgrim has extensive experience in the electric motor repair and field service industry, beginning a career at Burford Electric in 1991, where responsibilities included supervisory roles and hands-on work in both small and large motor departments. Progressing to Tri State Armature, Marcus honed skills in electric motor repair, receiving factory training for Hazelton Pumps. Subsequent roles included Senior Motor Technician at Hi-Speed Ind. and Motor Shop Manager at Quad Cities Electric, where management and technical capabilities were further developed. Currently, Marcus serves as a Mechanic/Field Services at HI Speed Industrial Service since 2016, balancing workflow management and hands-on tasks. Marcus holds a General degree from Cleveland High School, completed in 1981.
