Steven Cooper has extensive experience in esports management, currently serving as Esports Manager at Hi-Rez Ventures since March 2024. Previously, Cooper worked as League Operations Manager at Rally Cry from January 2023 to February 2024, where responsibilities included managing tournament pages, developing rules and formats, supporting players, and collaborating with partners. Prior to that, positions held included Director of Esports Strategy at Nerd Street and roles at Hi-Rez Studios, where operational oversight of leagues and events was provided. Additional experience encompasses various roles in esports coordination and management at several companies, alongside foundational experience in accounting and partner relations. Cooper graduated from Frank W. Springstead High School in 2012.
