Dr. Tim Bussiek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and marketing across various technology and education sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Hi-Flier since November 2016, Dr. Bussiek has spearheaded innovative, human-centric solutions that significantly enhance learning and consulting outcomes. Currently serving as the Technical Lead for the Modellprojekt Wertvolles Agiles Lernen für Alle at Founders Foundation gGmbH, Dr. Bussiek focuses on demonstrating the value of digital technologies in agile learning environments. Previous roles include VP of Marketing positions at Saama Technologies, Engage3, and fluid Operations, as well as significant marketing leadership at SAP. Dr. Bussiek holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Economics and Information Systems from The University of Freiburg, along with executive education from Babson College.
