Jesus Garcia Jr. has extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as a Transloader and locomotive engineer at Hi-Crush since January 2018. Jesus also holds the position of Operations Manager and General Manager at CIG, where responsibilities include supporting general managers, training employees, overseeing payroll and scheduling, and managing daily operations. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Continental Intermodal Group and Yard Supervisor at G&RG Trucking, where Jesus progressed from a loader to a supervisory position. Jesus began professional experience at Solar Turbines as a technician, starting in the paint department and advancing to technical roles. Jesus holds an Associate's Degree in Autobody/Collision and Repair Technology from Texas State Technical College Waco.
