Carrie Chriss Hofmaster has an extensive work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Carrie began their career in 2003 as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they trained employees and motivated the sales staff to maximize income. From there, they joined Aspen Dental as a Regional Manager, responsible for supporting practice operations and spearheading process improvements. In 2012, Carrie became an Ophthalmology Coach at Monroe Clinic, managing operational needs and motivating teams to meet strategic goals. Carrie then moved on to Elite Dental Partners, first as a Recruitment Manager and later as the Director of Recruitment, where they developed and executed comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent. In their most recent role as the Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition at HHAeXchange, Carrie worked towards connecting the entire homecare ecosystem by overseeing talent acquisition efforts globally. Throughout their career, Carrie has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, strategic planning, process improvement, and team management.

Carrie Chriss Hofmaster earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Highland Community College, Illinois from 1998 to 1999. Carrie also pursued international business courses and general studies at St Mary's University, Twickenham starting from 2001.
