Matt Gagliano has extensive experience as a mechanical engineer, primarily in the design and inspection of machinery for movable structures. Matt has expertise in electro-mechanical and hydraulic machinery design and inspection, particularly with drives, locks, and linkage mechanisms. Matt also has experience in HVAC and plumbing systems design.

Matt worked at H&H for a total of 16 years, starting in March 1996. Matt held various roles during their tenure, including Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer.

In addition to their work at H&H, Matt was also a Mechanical Engineer at Parkson Corporation from September 2005 to March 2006.

Matt Gagliano has a strong educational background in engineering. Matt obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Matt further pursued their education at Fairfield University, where they completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Matt also engaged in studies at Florida International University from 2004 to 2007, focusing on Electrical Engineering. Although they did not obtain a specific degree from this institution, it showcases their interest and involvement in the field.
