John Witthohn, PE, CME, CFM has a diverse work experience in the water resources and engineering field. John worked at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC as a Senior Project Engineer - Water Resources since December 2015. John Witthohn, PE, CME, CFM graduated from Rowan University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) from the Association of State Floodplain Managers, Inc. (ASFPM) and Certified Municipal Engineer from the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers. John is also a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut, Louisiana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Virginia.
