Sean Rutherford has extensive experience in contract management and proposal support, currently serving as Staff Cost Proposal Subcontracts Administrator at HydroGeoLogic, Inc. since June 2017. Previously, Sean worked as a Program Assistant at Redhorse Corporation and held multiple roles at HydroGeoLogic, including Assistant Project Analyst, where support was provided for the SERDP/ESTCP program. Additional experience includes positions in assistant contracts management and project coordination at HydroGeoLogic, network analysis at Wireless Matrix, and training coordination at ManTech.
