Kelsey Orr is a professional in environmental science with a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida, attained in 2020. Currently serving as Deputy Project Manager at HydroGeoLogic, Inc. since August 2022, Kelsey manages FUDS projects in Hawaii and provides technical support across the Pacific region. Prior experience includes roles as Scientist III at USA Environmental, Inc. and Associate Project Engineer at the University of Florida, where Kelsey contributed as a research assistant under Dr. Masanori Fujimoto. Kelsey’s educational background includes attendance at Saint Petersburg Catholic High School from 2011 to 2015.
