Harman Shoker has a diverse work experience. Harman started their career in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative at Harry Rosen, where they developed strong customer relationship skills and gained knowledge of the retail industry. In 2013, they joined TD Bank as a Customer Service Representative. Harman then worked at HGC The Harman Group from 2009 to 2014 as an Accounts Representative and later became the Chief Executive Officer in 2019. Currently, they are serving as the President of Hudon Transport since November 2021.

Harman Shoker completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Schulich School of Business - York University from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management from Ryerson University.
