Jana Currier currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Member Engagement at Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS, Inc., where responsibilities include implementing a strategic plan to enhance member engagement. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Training & Development at Mediacom Communications Corporation, overseeing talent development for management and sales teams across 22 states, and as Principal at Currier Consulting Services, providing executive consulting across various industries. Additionally, Jana held the position of Vice President of Corporate Services at Coldwell Banker Currier & Lazier Real Estate, managing multiple departments. Jana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Binghamton University, a Master of Science in Industrial Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational & Executive Coaching from New York University.
