Paul Zuber is an experienced executive in the software private equity sector, currently serving as Operating Partner and North American Lead at Hg since July 2023. Previously, Zuber was Operating Partner and Head of the Technology Group at Thoma Bravo LLC from June 2011 to June 2023. Zuber also held the position of CEO at Dilithium Networks, where innovative mobile video communication solutions were deployed with over 100 service providers worldwide. Earlier roles include President of Solectron Australia and Co-founder and CEO of Bluegum Group, a successful contract manufacturing company. Zuber's career began at Ready Systems, where Zuber held multiple leadership roles and culminated as VP of Worldwide Field Operations. Zuber began in strategy consulting at Bain & Company as a Research Associate and founding team member of Bain Capital. Zuber earned BA degrees in International Relations and Economics from Stanford University, followed by an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
