Julio Alberto Gonzalez Hugo is an experienced Project Manager currently employed at HG S.A. since April 2010, specializing in IT services and managing significant projects for the Agency for the Development of the Electronic Management Government and the Information and Knowledge Society (AGESIC) aimed at modernizing Public Administration in Uruguay. With a strong background in Agile methodologies, Julio has successfully led projects such as the Single Vehicle Revenue Collection System (SUCIVE), innovative technological solutions for Hospital MACIEL, cognitive computing initiatives for antel, and the establishment of a Strategic Analysis Observatory for SENACLAFT. Prior to HG S.A., Julio held various roles including Senior Analyst/IT Consultant at Banco Central del Uruguay, IT Consultant and Project Coordinator at Interfase S.A., and Senior Analyst/IT Consultant at Grupo Quanam, among others. Julio holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Cat贸lica del Uruguay.
