Throughout their career, Steve held various managerial and directorial positions, including Director of Information Technology at Western Refining/Andeavor, IT Manager at Western Refining, and Senior I.T. Manager at HF Sinclair. With a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Business Administration, Steve has extensive experience in leading IT teams, implementing refining applications, and managing operational technology. Notably, Steve successfully led the IT integration during the acquisition of Giant Industries and developed and deployed document profiles for multiple departments.
