Joel Esdras Rodriguez Ramirez has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 as a Técnico de Obra (Departamento de Instalaciones) at ELECNOR. In 2017, they worked as a ŠKODA Product Manager at Domingo Alonso Group, where they were responsible for market analysis, volume planning, negotiation, product positioning, and marketing support. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder at KeopSafe. From 2020 to 2022, they held the role of Product Manager at Endesa and AdQuiver, where they coordinated development and infrastructure teams to improve company tools based on client and internal needs, and supported on strategy definition regarding software and infrastructure. Lastly, they currently hold the role of Product Owner at HeyTrade.

Joel Esdras Rodriguez Ramirez obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Univerza v Mariboru in 2014-2015. Prior to this, they obtained a Grado en Ingeniería Mecánica from Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 2010-2016. In 2010, they also obtained an EF Cambridge English Level Test (EFCELT) - B2 certification from EF Education First.
