Aditya Kashyap's work experience begins in 2016 with their role as a Masters Student at Virginia Tech. During this time, they also served as the Finance Director for the GLC Hall Council. In 2017, they held the position of Building Manager at Donaldson Brown Hall and later became a GLC Fellow. In 2018, they continued their studies and completed their Masters program while also working as a Building Manager. In 2019, they volunteered as a Research Volunteer at Virginia Tech.

In 2020, Aditya joined Paro AI, Inc as a Junior Software Engineer and later transitioned to a Software Engineer role. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer at the company.

Aditya Kashyap completed their Master of Science (MS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Virginia Tech from 2016 to 2018. During the same period, they also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Data Analysis from Virginia Tech. In addition to their formal education, Aditya obtained several certifications in various aspects of machine learning and deep learning from Coursera. These certifications include Convolutional Neural Networks, Deep Learning Specialization, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, Sequence Models, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, and Machine Learning. Aditya finished these certifications between September 2019 and October 2019.
