Stijn Swinnen is an experienced professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Kantoorverantwoordelijke at Heylen Vastgoed since July 2021 and as a Lector at Thomas More-hogeschool since September 2020, specializing in "Ramingen en Schattingen" within the Business Management program for Real Estate and Insurance. Prior to these roles, Stijn worked as a residentieel Vastgoedmakelaar - Bemiddelaar at VIA Immobiliën from June 2018 to June 2021 and gained further experience at First Immo nv from February 2014 to June 2018. Stijn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen and completed secondary education at OLVC college Antwerpen, focusing on Economics and Modern Languages.
