Joanna De Jesus Flores is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and clinical settings. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Celeste, Joanna leads efforts across various domains within a high-growth B2B SaaS startup. Joanna is also engaged as a WomenTech Member, striving to unite women in tech, and an Early Adopter at Generalist World, which fosters a community for generalists.
