Jesus Medina Meraz has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Gerente Producto Adquirente at Hey Banco since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jesus held multiple positions at Grupo Financiero Banorte over an 11-year span, including SubDirector Desarrollo Soluciones Adquirente, where Jesus developed innovative payment solutions for merchants, and Subdirector de Contraloria Adquirente, focusing on process improvements and risk mitigation. Jesus also managed ATM security and compliance as SubDirector Servicio, Seguridad e Instalación en ATM and Gerente Normatividad y Seguridad en Cajeros Automáticos. Earlier in their career, Jesus was a Gerente de Proyectos at Terra Networks, gaining over twelve years of experience in research and development within the financial sector. Jesus holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a diploma in Finance from Instituto de Estudios Avanzados y de Actualización (IDESAA).
