Lynne Hill, SHRM - SCP, has extensive work experience in human resources. Lynne started their career at Pyro Industries in 1996 as a Human Resources Representative. From there, they moved on to AT&T Broadband (now Comcast) in 1998, where they worked as an Employee Relations Specialist. In 2000, they joined the City of Bellingham, WA as a Human Resources Analyst. Lynne then joined Hexcel Corporation in 2007 and held various roles, including Human Resources Manager, Group Human Resources Manager for Core and Engineered Products, and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources.

Lynne Hill, SHRM - SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Western Washington University. Lynne has also obtained the SHRM - SCP certification from SHRM.
