Heather Sachs Sparks currently serves as the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Hexcel Corporation, where involvement includes membership in the Hexcel Women's Initiative Council and the Corporate Steering Committee. Prior to this role, Heather held several positions at L3Harris Technologies, including Executive Communications Lead, where responsibilities involved leading executive communications for a significant segment and advising senior executives on strategic communications.
