Alisha Pereira has worked in the IT industry since 2010. Alisha began their career at Infosys as a Senior System Engineer, where they worked on the maintenance of the ERP system for the USA based client KLX Inc. In 2016, they joined Altisource as a Software Developer, and also began working as an Assistant Manager IT at Bassein Catholic Co-Op Bank. In 2021, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Consultant, where they handled coding and testing of the User stories of the product for a USA client Thomson Reuters. Alisha also joined TeamLease Services Limited as a Senior Software Developer in the same year. Currently, they are working as a Senior Software Developer at Hexaview Technologies Inc.

Alisha Pereira's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai (2006-2010), an HSC from Thomas Baptista Junior College (2004-2006), and an SSC from Nazareth Convent School (1992-2004).
