Dalia Chakrabarty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client partnership and industrial practice leadership. Currently serving as a Client Partner and Industrial Practice Leader at Hexagon Search since August 2020, Dalia previously held the role of Managing Consultant for Global Industrial Markets at Korn Ferry from May 2018 to July 2020. Earlier positions include Principal Consultant and Head of Delivery at Steinbach & Partner and Principal Consultant and Manager of Operations at Calibre Scan HR Services P Ltd. Dalia's career began as Regional Head of Customer Service and Key Accounts Management at Gati Limited. Dalia holds an M.A. in Economics from Jadavpur University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Maths, and Statistics from Banaras Hindu University, complemented by ICSE from Carmel Convent School, Durgapur.
