Alix Vandame currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Hexa, a company renowned for launching over 40 successful software companies since 2011. Prior to this role, Alix worked as a Talent Advocate and Coach for tech talents at talent.io, focusing on identifying and selecting exceptional software engineers. Additional experience includes positions as a Communications Assistant at Diner en Blanc International Inc., Event Project Manager at Orange, and International Relations Specialist at ECE PARIS Ecole d'Ingenieurs. Alix holds a Master's degree in Management Intercuturel from ISIT and has received education from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Notre-Dame des Oiseaux, and the French American Lycée of Chicago.
