Jo Engreitz has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. They started in 2015 as a Founding Team, Product Manager at Valera Health, where they played a crucial role in building a B2B2C healthcare SaaS product from MVP to a significant revenue. They gained valuable insights from clinicians and patients to design a user-friendly product and led a distributed team across NYC, Jerusalem, and Boston.

In 2018, Jo worked at Plated as a Product Manager, focusing on optimizing product operations and addressing issues related to customer acquisition costs and customer lifetime value. They also played a role in the integration of Plated with Albertson's after the acquisition.

From 2019 to 2021, Jo joined Frame.io, first as a Senior Product Manager, Growth, and then as a Group Product Manager, Growth. They were instrumental in scaling the company's annual recurring revenue from millions to tens of millions and increasing the employee count from 70 to over 300. Jo's efforts were recognized when Adobe acquired Frame.io for $1 billion. At Adobe, they held the position of Group Product Manager, Product-Led Growth, contributing to the integration of Frame.io and shaping Adobe's product-led growth strategy.

Currently, Jo is working as the Head of Growth at Hex, starting in 2022.

Jo Engreitz obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Policy Analysis & Management from Cornell University in 2015. Additionally, they pursued further education and completed a program in Finance, Accounting, and Quantitative Modeling from Wharton Online in 2020. In 2018, Engreitz also acquired expertise in Growth Strategy, Product Strategy, and Product Leadership through a program at Reforge.
