Wolfgang Seul has a vast work experience in the technology industry. Wolfgang started their career at BOMAG GmbH, where they worked in software development and IT/network management from 1992 to 1997. Wolfgang then moved on to Compaq Computer Corporation, holding various positions from 1998 to 2002. Seul joined HP in 2002, where they served as Senior Manager/Director in the Global Competency Center Storage and later as Senior Manager in Business Operations & PMO until 2013. Since 2013, they have been with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they have held several leadership roles, including Senior Director Global Storage Services, Senior Director Engineering, and Vice President Global Engineering Resolution. Most recently, Seul has held the position of Vice President Strategy & Chief Technology Officer, HPE Services, since November 2021.
Wolfgang Seul has a diverse education history. In 1994-1995, they attended Universität Trier and studied Computer Science. Later, in 2007-2009, they pursued Business Administration at Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg. Moving forward, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategic Management from the University of Derby in 2017-2020. Wolfgang Seul also engaged in various executive education programs at prestigious institutions. Wolfgang participated in multiple programs at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, including a Strategic Innovation Programme and an Artificial Intelligence Programme in 2021. Additionally, they attended the Harvard Business School Online and earned a Certificate in Digital Health in 2021. Furthermore, Wolfgang Seul pursued several courses at Stanford University on topics such as Rethinking Teams, Designing the Modern Workforce, Finding Inspiration for Innovation, and The Power of Stories to Fuel Innovation from 2019-2021.
