Samanntha DuBridge has extensive experience in the field of Benefits, Culture, and People Experience. Samanntha has worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) as the Vice President, Benefits, Culture, & People Experience, where they focused on building the HPE culture, creating an engaging team member experience, and supporting the HPE talent strategy through the design and development of benefits and mobility programs worldwide. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President, Agile HR, Benefits, Culture/Engagement, HR M&A, Mobility at HPE, where they were responsible for driving strategy and execution across various topics. Samanntha also served as the Vice President, Global Benefits and Employee Mobility at HPE earlier in their career.

Before joining HPE, DuBridge worked as the Head of Global Benefits at Uber for a brief period. Samanntha has also held multiple leadership roles at HP, including Vice President, Global Benefits and Employee Mobility, and Vice President, Global Benefits Strategy. Additionally, they worked as a Sr. Director, Global Benefits Strategy at HP.

DuBridge started their career at National Semiconductor as a Compensation and Benefits professional before joining Kaiser Permanente as a Health Educator.

Later, they completed their Master of Arts degree in Healthcare Administration and Business at San Jose State University from 1988 to 1991.
