Rick Manthey serves as the Director of HPE Pointnext Global Field Delivery Operations at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since January 2019, overseeing workforce management, project management, and global delivery operations. With extensive experience at HP prior to joining HPE, Manthey held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations for the Communication, Media, and Services division and Director of U.S. & Canadian Territory. Their career began at Automated Monitoring & Control International, Inc., managing Tandem software solutions for major railroads. Manthey earned an EMBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
