Nicole Bordwine is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in inside sales management. Currently serving as the Director of Inside Sales at OpsRamp since August 2020, Nicole has successfully developed training plans, recruited teams, and collaborated on customer acquisition strategies. Previously, Nicole held director and managerial roles at Virtana, CommScope, Providea, Polycom, and others, consistently exceeding sales quotas and building strong teams. Notable achievements include a 120% increase in annual recurring revenue through strategic campaign development and effective coaching practices. Nicole holds a BA in Communications from Hastings College, earned between 1993 and 1997.
